How fitness changed my life.
I was always a skinny, unconfident and a socially isolated person. Throughout my entire school life, I had no friends and I was not interactive at all. I always felt very scared of everything. When the bell rang I used to rush to my home. Even I was so afraid of teachers. I thought I have to live my entire life like this. I was depressed, frustrated with my life. I used to play video games all day long. Through my window, at the evening I used to watch kids playing football and cricket on the streets. I always thought to join into the game, but due to lack of confidence and social anxiety I couldn’t do it at all. My classmates always used to bully me, but I couldn’t do anything about that, I didn’t complain to the teachers not even to my parents.
